The DAISY Award® is an international recognition program supported by the DAISY Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the extraordinary, compassionate care nurses provide patients and families every day.
At DeKalb Regional Medical Center, nurses may be nominated by patients, families and colleagues. Award recipients are selected by a hospital committee and recognized for their commitment to excellence in patient care.
